Having been to the city three times in the last 15 months, I don't see much change another 15 months later. Unlike Hong Kong, the change was much greater.

Hey, I am going there again in late March (flight confirmed). Although I speak the local language and being Chinese (American), six-foot tall and different clothing don't always help.
