 |  IBM Readies X4 Chipset for Intel "Tigerton" IBM is set to introduce its X4 chipset for Intel’s upcoming Tigerton quad-core Xeon MP processors. Intel’s upcoming Tigerton features a new point-to-point connection between the processors and chipset.
