HWiNFO32 & HWiNFO64 updated to version 3.90

REALiX has today let loose the 3.90 version of both HWiNFO32 and HWiNFO64 which comes with support for Intel's (Extreme Memory Profile) XMP 1.3 technology, and for AMD's Wimbledon XT (mobile) and Pitcairn XT/PRO (likely desktop) 28nm GPUs.
