 |  How to blow up an Athlon XP.. I mean its bridges.. Bridge cutting is a common technique involved in the process of overclocking the AthlonXP processor - and there are many ways of cutting the bridges on the AthlonXP. Physically cutting the bridges with a scalpel, dremel or similar cutting tool has been attempted and has worked - although in many cases it has left the user with a dead CPU (me being one of them  , when cutting the l6 bridges on my AthlonXP 2500+ mobile with a surgical scalpel). http://www.ripnet-uk.com/guides/blow...bridges1.shtml

 | hmmm, looks dangerous, aren't those bridges connected to something that also can't handle 5V DC? |

| no the method is genuine and also used by JCViggen and others when Athlon XP's were top dog.
