We’re examining the HIS 7790 iCooler Turbo. It comes with a custom cooler cooler and a factory overclock that reaches over 1GHz. What’s particularly enticing is this HIS card qualifies for an AMD promotional offer that tosses in an A+ gaming title in Bioshock Infinite worth $60 into the package.
