 |  HIS 6950 IceQ X Turbo 2GB Today we're looking at the HIS 6950 IceQ X Turbo 2GB graphics card that comes with a competitive price of $250 after rebate, one of the least expensive out there. Featuring a custom heatsink from one of HIS' popular designs, it's got quite a unique aesthetic with a translucent shroud and sleek nickel-plated heatpipes to lower temperatures and noise levels.
