Default HDLoader for PS2: remove load times

Could it be that the PlayStation 2 is getting a little long in the tooth? When compared with Microsoft's and Nintendo's offerings, little flaws show through, especially in the area of load times. Finishing a level only to have to wait for what seems like an eternity for the next level to load can take some of the fun out of gaming. Enter HDLoader, which will enable you to bypass long load times forever.
