| Google turns over datacentre GPUs If you need a bit of heavy number crunching The search engine outfit Google is turning over the GPUs in its data centres to researchers and companies engaged in machine learning and heavy number crunching tasks. Amazon Web Services and Microsoft have been doing the same thing lately, and Google's deal allows users to connect up to 8 GPUs on 4 K80 boards to the Google Compute virtual engine of their choice. http://fudzilla.com/news/graphics/42...atacentre-gpus |
