Default Google Promises to Restore Chrome's Scrollbar Arrows

For those of us who prefer Google Chrome as our browser of choice, it was a sad and frustrating day when someone at Chrome thought it would be innovative to remove the scroll arrows from the browser page. It wasn't. Those changes, griped users, were not only contrary to accepted practice in Windows software, but made navigating long Web pages difficult, sometimes impossible.
