With over clocks should one always very carefully proceed and step for step in 5 MHz jumps to the limit of the map near-grope, in order to avoid damages. The gigabyte 7900GTX could be operated stably with 695 MHz 1780 MHz and that is a very good result. The temperatures rose to 45° C Idle and 71°C load. With further clock rises it came in the meantime to easy picture errors and/or crashes.
