GeForce Go is dead, long live GeForce 8M
 

WITH TODAYS LAUNCH of Intel's own Santa Rosa chipset, NVIDIA launched its own low-end and mainstream parts for the mobile market.

The G84M and G86M came to life as a part of the new GeForce 8M series, instead of previous the old branding GeForce Go. The products are called the 8600M and 8400M rather than baring the Go 8600/8400 tag.
