| Gates, Ballmer Seek Re-Election to Microsoft Board Well, everyone kind of figured Bill Gates wasn't going anywhere anytime soon, but after Ballmer's tearful goodbye to Microsoft last week, most observers thought we had seen just about the last of him on the Microsoft Campus.
