| First Look At DDR3 Similar to the previous-generation DDR memory, the DDR2 technology has almost reached its maximum - in clock rates, latencies, and significantly increased heat release owing to much higher voltages. And now we can expect another evolutional leap in the DDR SDRAM technology - the DDR3. http://www.digit-life.com/articles2/...mma-page1.html
