On 22nd June 2005, the NVidia GeForce GTX was released, unleashing a whole new level of 3D graphical performance and image quality. Further increasing the potential power of the GeForce 7800 GTX is its ability to run in SLi (Scalable Link interface) mode whereby two identical graphics cards are able to run in paralell in a compatible mainboard for upto 100% increase in 3D performance.
