Far Cry 1.3 Performance Preview High Dynamic Range is the show-stopper, but we shouldn't forget to mention the impressive performance boosts available in the now-final 3.0 and 2.0b shader paths, which is most welcome. ok, now I understand a bit more. this stuff is really going to shine on sli configurations... best of all with dual 6800 ultra's... just a pity it doesn't mean anything for all those ati-rigs...especially knowing that top 50 of 3d2k1 is still ati... |

same here. afaik the 1.1 patch was good for ati the 1.2 patch was good for nvidia but not anymore for ati 1.3? going by calantak's post it's not much of an improvement for ati cards, if any. |
