| EVGA AKIMBO VGA Cooler As an OEM cooler the AKIMBO performs incredibly well. Dropping the temps on our card by up to 27ºC is no easy feat. The AKIMBO starts to falter when compared to aftermarket solutions from companies who have been doing this for a much longer time. Still, if you have an older card and are looking to upgrade to an 8800GT this is one card that is worth looking at. If we speak of the value of just the AKIMBO then the picture is pretty grim. For a similar cost of the AKIMBO you are able to get better performing coolers that in many cases are compatible with a wide range of cards giving you more value for your money. If, on the other hand, we speak to the value of the AKIMBO when bundled with the card we get a much better outlook. http://enthusiast.hardocp.com/articl...50aHVzaWFzdA==
