 |  Evercool HPL-815 Low Profile CPU Cooler Today we are going to look at a CPU cooler from Evercool, their latest low profile solution, the HPL-815. The HPL-815 should fit well in the HTPC market. The fan used on this cooler is a mere 15mm thick and spins between 1,000 and 4,000 RPM.
