 |  The Era of Genetically-Altered Humans Could Begin This Year If the UK Parliament approves a new form of in-vitro fertilization this summer, it will give the go ahead for the first pre-birth human-DNA modification. The U.S. is not nearly as close to approving mtDNA replacement as the UK seems poised to do; the U.S. Food and Drug Administration will start reviewing the data in earnest in February. http://www.hardocp.com/news/2014/01/...n_this_yea r/ |
