EPoX to Showcase Socket T, Socket 939 Mainboards at CeBIT 2004

EPoX confirmed it would showcase its upcoming mainboards for LGA775 and PGA939 microprocessors from Intel and AMD during the CeBIT show in Hannover, Germany, later this week. Additionally, the company plans to demonstrate other products among its mainboards, barebone PCs, graphics cards, Bluetooth communication and IPC items.

“We will be showing most of our current and hot-selling items, but most interesting for most visitors will be EP-5EPA+ and EP-9NDA+ mainboards,” EPoX said.

EP-5EPA+ mainboard is a Socket T solution based on i915G chipset with Intel Extreme Graphics 3 core. The mainboard will sport PCI Express connectors as well as dual-channel memory for future applications featuring Intel’s LGA775 chips. EP-9NDA+ mainboard is built upon NVIDIA nForce3 core-logic to sport AMD’s upcoming 939-pin Athlon 64 processors with dual-channel memory controller.

For customers who prefer to have a computer that is small and quiet, EPoX will showcase its new eX5-series barebone PCs with IR controller and stylish outlook. The new products will be intended for previous generation of processors from AMD and Intel and are fueled by i865PE and nForce2 IGP chipsets.

Additionally, EPoX is expected to broaden its graphics cards’ family with SKUs powered by GeForce FX 5700, GeForce FX 5700LE and GeForce FX 5500 graphics processors. Furthermore, during the show the company will showcase its new industrial personal computers designed to work with Intel Pentium M processor as well as some new Bluetooth products.
