| ECS X58B-A2 Motherboard During testing, and even during overclocking, the VRM was cool. The X58 chipset did overheat a little, this is why I have used an extra 80mm fan. When I have closed the case, the X58 chipset temperatures fell real quick, and this told me that if there is optimal airflow in the case, the chipset does not need extra cooling. http://www.pcshoptalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19744
