ECS's new mini PC sports a 64-bit Bay Trail SoC

A new Bay Trail mini PC has quietly appeared online. FanlessTech spotted the product page for ECS's Liva X, which puts a Bay Trail SoC inside a compact 5.3" x 3.3" x 1.6" chassis.
