Default E-Power EP-1000P10-T2

Hopefully by now everyone has learned that a quality power supply is as important to your computers longevity as your processor is to your number crunching. The ‘cheap stuff’ might work for a shot time but when the ship starts to leak it usually goes down. The bad thing about power supplies is that when it goes down in a puff of smoke there is a chance it is going to take everything with it. It might seem unlikely but I have seen it happen three times now. If you are lucky enough to have a fleet of computers then it might not be that big of a deal losing a processor, motherboard, video card and everything else inside of the box but if it is your only box, well imagine what it would be like replacing all of those items. On the bright side, if you are in need of a 1000 watt PSU then you already know the dangers and we can move on to the really fun stuff.
