| the reason for the whole Steam platform is threefold unlike they are telling 1) to deliver software straight to the customers, cutting out the middle men and reduce cost 2) supply the customer with lastest updates and patches and 3) check for legal version btw if you don't trust Valve, you should remove Windows from your system also
