DIY Laptop Cooler

I was looking for a cheap way to bring the temperature of my laptop down. I have a Dell 5100 with a 2.4Ghz Pentuim 4 processor. It's runs HOT. Very very hot. I improvised this laptop cooler with a few things I had lying around. I got the laptop CPU 16 degrees(F) cooler at idle! The internal fan on the laptop runs much slower too.
