DFI Motherboard Roadmap for Intel and AMD

LANParty UT boards have become the new Abit in terms of enthusiast motherboards—with good reason too. The new LANParty UT AMD compatible product lineup consists of new boards based on the recently announced NVIDIA nForce 5 series and the ATI RD580 and RD550 chipsets.

DFI has opted to use the new nForce 590 SLI Intel Edition for Intel users that want SLI. It will be named LANParty UT C19SLI32-T2R/G and is a new product on DFI’s roadmap as DFI hasn’t released any previous nForce SLI Intel Edition motherboards. The board doesn’t seem too fancy in terms of features, with two PCI Express x16, one PCI Express x1, three PCI Slots, six SATA II, and dual Gigabit LAN.
