| Dell one of the first to offer Chrome OS builds for their netbooks TIN BOXMAKER Dell has made available a customised download of Google's Chromium OS for its popular Mini 10V netbook. Dell released its download on Friday, giving US Mini 10V netbook owners a holiday weekend project. All you need is a spare 8GB USB flash drive.
