Cypress samples fast quad data rate II SRAMs

MEMORY CHIPS using quad data rate II and double data rate II+ static random access memory (SRAM) have started sampling, Cypress Semi said.

The firm claims the chips produce the highest bandwidth and density, beating existing QDRII and DDRII products by enabling as much as 50 per cent system level bandwidth.
