looking forward to Vista/DX10 vs XP/DX9 comparison, both in performance as in image quality. are you expecting any difference?

looking at the screenshots and in-game movie, I can't see this game running fluently on a single Geforce 8800GTX at higher IQ settings and resolution:)

What do you mean by "higher resolutions". I expect it to run fluently on 1280*1024 though. :)

4xAA/16xAF 1600x1200 is "higher" resolution; remember that 24/30" panels have even higher resolutions:)

I find 1280x1024 to be already a "mid-range" resolution, replacing the previous popular 1024x768

Here's some comparison shots. Kind of old though and who knows how otherwise valid.

screenshots from compressed movies... uhm... not quite trustworthy as you don't know if the DX version or the movie compression is the cause of differences;)
