| Crucial C300, the return of the firmware As expected, Crucial has made available new firmware, version 002, for its C300 SSD. The update tool has been modified as the previous version made the SSD inaccessible to some users. Make sure you backup your data before the update, as the data on the SSD is formatted entirely. Note, if the software tells you that your firmware is 0BRG instead of 0002 at the end of the update, you have to repeat the process. We successfully updated a 128 GB C300 SSD via this extension, while the previous version killed our 256 GB C300 (RIP!). http://www.behardware.com/news/10957...ware+-+News%29
