| Core 2 45nm shortages to last throughout Q1 We learned that Intel doesn’t have any chance to recover from its Q1 shortages of dual core E8x00 and Q9x00 as the demand is incredibly high and the production is simply not able to meet demand. Intel plans to solve this problem in early Q2 as it is working on shifting more production to 45nm. Intel even decided not to sample any mainstream quad and dual 45nm cores as the company knows that they are really good and once it does, it would create even more demand for 45nm cores. http://www.fudzilla.com/index.php?op...20&Ite mid=35
