I have the non SLI version, nice psu, there is only one minor thing, only the ATX cable is sleeved, the others aren't.

That "impressive" fan I've also found to be loud. I've heard one in action when building a friend's 3700+ system. Not Delta loud, but still loud enough to be annoying in my humble opinion.
