 |  Cherry Trail shipping, first systems due in 1H'15 Intel has started shipping processors based on Cherry Trail, its next-gen tablet SoC. This Bay Trail successor is built using the same 14-nm fabrication tech as Intel's latest mobile hotness, including the Core M. The first systems based on it are due in the first half of the year. Although additional details are scarce, Intel promises to share "specs, benchmarking information and pricing" when the first Cherry Trail-based machines are announced.
