 |  Best Buy Issues Apology for Botched Online Orders Best Buy is being nominated for the Scrooge Humbug Award for waiting until this week to inform its Black Friday customers their purchases will not be available for Christmas as promised. The company over estimated its capacity for delivery due to the sheer volume of sales this year and is now in the midst of mopping up the PR disaster.
