| Battle for MIddle-earth Goes Gold Electronic Arts has informed us that their real-time strategy game, The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth, has gone gold. Developed by EA Los Angeles, the title will ship to stores on December 6th. Players will be able to fight for either the forces of Light, or the evil forces of Sauron, using a variety of major armies and heroes from the films.
