Markham, Ontario/ Munich, Germany — January 25, 2006 — ATI Technologies Inc. (TSX: ATY, NASDAQ: ATYT) has reached a decisive milestone in the handheld media processor market, having delivered over 100 million Imageon® media processors to mobile phone manufacturers. ATI has been instrumental in driving integration of key multimedia features to the media processor space and was the first to introduce 3D capabilities for the mobile phone.
