ATI HD 2900GT 256MB GDDR3 priced €149

Two weeks ago we wrote about HD2900GT prices in the EU and we kept our eyes open for any changes, so here's an update. Back then several retailers were listing Club3D's 2900GT for €184 to €190. When compared to HD2900PRO cards, which were available for as little as €203, the GT didn't exactly look like a bargain. However, since then things have changed for the better and we're pleased to inform you that in the past couple of days Sapphire and GeCube have joined the GT club. That's not big news in itself, but the new, lower prices are definitely worth reporting. Sapphire's 2900GT in a full retail package is listed at €149, GeCube's GT is slightly more expensive at €154 and Club3D is still no bargain at €171.
