Icon17 ATI HD 2900 XT spotted in shop for €353

For €353 it's certainly not a bad deal, the Jetway HD 2900 XT @ DollarShops should be faster than the Geforce 8800 GTS 640Mb which also sells for ~€350.

Each ATI Radeon HD 2900 includes a free bundle of three new games known as “The Black Box”, from Valve Corporation. Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Team Fortress 2, and Portal

The best bang for the buck might still be the Geforce 8800 GTS 320Mb which can be had at only €259 @ DollarShops, and maybe less in other shops.

So that is what happened to the Portals mod of HL2... heck, I'd buy the card just for that game bundle, two games I'd be buying anyway...

320mb GTS is great, but it just doesn't cut it for games designed for 512mb cards with detail settings maxed out. Games like Company of Heroes will run at good FPS rates, but even so will generate random artifacting if they run out of memory room.

ZipZoomFly has had three 2900XT cards for awhile, cheapest is a Sapphire @ $399.
