 |  Asustor AS-604T NAS review: Worthy new competitor for QNAP and Synology? So, do Synology and QNAP finally have some fresh competition? We'd like to say yes. With the AS-604T NAS device, Asustor has created an outstanding first entry. The chassis is solid and attractive, the display is practical, and the firmware is very good for such a young company. Ok, here and there you can still notice a few rough edges, but generally speaking Asustor has created a very comprehensive product with lots of features and options.
