| ASUS Star Ice CPU Cooler Review I have gathered up a few Socket 939-compatible heatsinks, and today I’ll be reviewing ASUS’ Star Ice Universal CPU Cooler. The Star Ice is compatible with socket 478 and 775 (LGA775) Pentium 4 platforms as well as socket A, 754 and 939 Athlon XP/64 (K7/K8) platforms. This is a massive cooler with a jet engine-inspired design – let’s just hope it’s not as loud as it looks. My CPU is getting chills from just looking at this cooler, so let’s take her for a spin shall we? http://www.nexushardware.com/articles/index.php?id=20 |
