If you are in the market for a full featured enthusiast class microATX motherboard you owe it to yourself to put the ASUS Rampage III Gene on your short list. It will be hard for another other uATX motherboard to come along that is actually better than this one. It supplies and incredible amount of power and features in a very small footprint. While $240 is not exactly cheap, it is far from expensive in this world of feature-packed motherboards.
