Default Asus i915 chipset for Socket 478

Want a new Asus i915 chipset, but rather keep your old Socket 478 Pentium 4 and Celeron processors than upgrade to Intel's new LGA775 Socket?

*1 PCI-E x16 slot
*3 PCI-E x1 slots
