Asetek will now work in a manufacturing handover mode - the company will continue to manufacture prototypes and small production batches in Denmark, but mass availability will be reached when AVC gets prototypes in manufacturing form.<br><br>

Knowing AVC's background - if you own a retail CPU from Intel or AMD, there is a good chance that cooler is manufactured by AVC - this just might be the ticket to ride that this European company was looking for
