Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 PRO
 

I am enchanted by the performances of this cooler, which for me, currently has the best refroidissement/silence/prix report/ratio. There is difficult to find a cooler at €20€ offering the same performances while remaining relatively quiet in 12v.
