 |  Apricorn EZ-BUS-DTC-KIT External Hard Drive Enclosure A little known fact about external drive enclosures is that they are all pretty much the same. A problem arises when there are literally one hundred various enclosures that all do the same thing and they all get reviews that either gloat about how easy they are to use out-of-the-box, or complaints about how hot they get after being used for a while. My favorite complaint, is the infamous little ultra-bright LED's that many of the manufacturers include.
