If you want everything Apple's iPhone can do except the "phone" part, the $400 cheaper 6th-gen iPod Touch is for you. It even has the iPhone 6's A8 chip, albeit running a tad slower. The iFixit team has taken the 4-inch device apart to view its guts ...
