 |  Apple knowingly released new macOS High Sierra,with a zero-day bug Apple fanboy reveals that his favourite company is security nightmare Fruity cargo-cult Apple has released its macOS High Sierra desktop and notebook operating system in the full knowledge that it has a zero day bug which allows hackers to steal password details. Patrick Wardle, a former NSA hacker who now serves as chief security researcher at Synack, found the bug and told Apple about it a month ago. That gave plenty of time for Apple to fix the bug before it released High Sierra. It just could not be arsed and released it anyway.
