Antec NSK2400 Micro-ATX Chassis
 

Although marketed as a desktop case, the NSK2400 can perform double duty as a HTPC case. The only real limitation is the ability to use only Micro-ATX motherboards. Micro-ATX motherboards have come a long way, but we have picky users out there who may still prefer a full size motherboard.
