AMD R9 Class Action Lawsuit

Remember just a few hours ago when Newegg let me know that it would be on top of the Class Action Lawsuit Surrounding the GTX 970? Well, just now it sent me an email letting me know that Newegg is on top of the class action lawsuit concerning the AMD Radeon R9 graphics card. Uh, what? Is someone over at Newegg privy to a lot more information than us, or did someone there just get crazy with the keyboard last night. We will reach out to AMD just to verify. It is worth mentioning that Newegg sent out the "same" email about lawsuits about the 960 and 980 as well. Others have gotten the R9 email too. And I did actually verify that I bought a GTX 970 last year for when we did our Nano Review. This whole Fleshlight thing has me worried for my safety though.
