Default AMD Prepping new FirePro Video Cards With DX11

Traditionally, stepping between commercial and consumer graphics has always been separated by six month period. New GPUs would always debut as consumer products, bearing Radeon or GeForce brands, while at the same time commercial departments would run OEM/ODM/ISV qualification for the launch of a commercial product, i.e. FireGL/FirePro or a Quadro. All in all, with the next generation of hardware, AMD is firmly stepping into nVidia territory. FirePro V8750 2GB came very close to take away the title of the best professional graphics card on the market. With Fermi-based Quadro being late to market, AMD is set to take the crown of professional world until nVidia debuts Quadro FX 4900 and FX 5900, with their respective professional grade amount of video memory.
