Default AMD Nears New York Fab Design Completion

Even though Advanced Micro Devices has cut down its spending on conversion of the Fab 30 this year, the company is still working on manufacturing capacities expansion projects. According to a report by a web-site, AMD already has so-called “conceptual design” of its fab in.

Since it is mentioned in this article... what happened to all of those upgrades to convert FAB 30 into FAB 38?? Are they still using 200mm wafers there?
